Description
An iconic
Galliano-era Dior coat from the Fall 1998 ready-to-wear collection. The hallmark is its dramatic, scarf-like shawl collar with a fringed edge. Designed to be styled multiple ways: worn off the shoulders, draped across the neckline, or wrapped high as a funnel scarf. This collar became a Galliano signature across his early haute couture seasons and was spotlighted again in the Dior Fall 1998 campaign on Kate Moss, making pieces with this detail highly collectible.
