Certina DS-2 Diver From 1970

This iconic 1970s diving watch is for sale.Certina, reference 5801 303.This model was also available with a black dial. However, the blue version is much rarer.The watch is in working condition and the time and date can be set as required. The screw crown screws in and out properly. The mineral crystal has some signs of use and scratches. The dial and hands are in used condition with a nice patina. All writing and markings are present and clearly visible. The bezel rotates, but it is slightly loose and needs adjusting. The stainless steel case looks unpolished. The reference and serial numbers are visible.The caseback screws in and out properly. It is powered by a Certina 25-651M movement.Please note that time accuracy and waterproofing are not guaranteed. It is recommended that it is serviced for optimal timing, functionality and water protection.
