These pieces were inspired by our visit to the famous Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace) in Jaipur. A room made of 1000's of pieces of reflective mirror, created by a Maharaja for his beloved Queen. The story goes that in ancient days the Queen was not able to sleep in the open air, but having expressed her love for seeing stars before sleeping, he set to work to create a room for her that looked just like twinkling stars ♡✨
