vintage Orano Watch Co. men’s wristwatch from the 1950s, featuring the legendary Felsa 690 Bidynator automatic movement.The Felsa Bidynator was the world’s first bidirectional winding automatic movement, a true milestone in Swiss watchmaking history. This watch is equipped with the 17-jewel version, running at 18,000 A/h with a power reserve of around 40 hours. • Case size: approx. 33 mm (excluding crown) • Gold-plated case with a stainless steel back, signed Swiss Made / Waterproof / Antimagnetic / Shockprotected • Patinated original dial with Arabic numerals and “Automatic” marking • Acrylic crystal (scratched, can be polished or replaced) • Incabloc shock protectionCondition:The watch is running and keeps time, but it is fast by around +30 seconds per day. Service and regulation are recommended for optimal accuracy. Case shows wear and plating loss, dial has visible patina and discoloration, crystal has scratches.
