Acceptance

We keep things simple:

• Listing is at our discretion, but if your brand contributes to circular fashion, you’re welcome.
• That means: offering second-hand items, reusing products, promoting circularity, helping reduce overconsumption, using sustainable materials/processes, or ensuring fair labour conditions.
• Certifications such as BCorp, GOTS, Fair Wear, OEKO-TEX are a plus, but not required.
• We’ll check your website, sustainability page, and policies before deciding.
• To be listed, you must ship to Switzerland. Brands manufacturing or shipping from Switzerland get extra visibility, as we aim to promote a true small loop (“loopli” in Swiss German).

To cover running costs without Google Ads, we’ll offer optional product promotion slots (homepage, category pages, canton-based targeting). This gives you a way to reach your ideal audience while keeping Loopli ad-free and community-driven.

How It Works ⚙️

We’ve kept the process manual and transparent so you’re always in control.

• Fixed Duration: Each promotion runs for exactly 1 month.
• No Auto-Renewals: We won’t charge you automatically. At the end of the month, we’ll reach out to see if you want to continue.
• Track Your Success: Every link includes UTM tags (utm_source=loopli) so you can track exactly how many clicks and sales are coming from your promotion.

Good news! All you need to do is:

1. Give us written permission
2. Accept our General Conditions

We’ll do the rest, and all by magic, your products will sync automatically on the platform and will be updated every night.

If you run on WooCommerce 

Great news! We now accept WooCommerce shops. To sync your inventory, we just need a "Read Only" API key. It takes 2 minutes to set up.
